OUR TOURISTS

Our school group visited the Mikhailovskoye estate in the Pushkin Mountains. It is the family estate of Pushkin's mother. This is the place where Pushkin lived and worked during the exile. It is not surprising that the poet could create here, places have to poetry and painting. And beautiful views give peace and tranquility. In addition, we visited the house-museum of Alexander Pushkin: we examined the parents' apartments, the dining-room and visited the office of Alexander Sergeyevich himself. Much here is recreated from the memoirs of contemporaries, the correspondence of the poet, his works, but there are also memorial things in the exposition. The end of our tour was at the Svyatogorsk Monastery, where the great Russian poet and his ancestors are buried.
