OUR TOURISTS

Recently a school group from Riga went on an excursion to Veliky Novgorod. The theatrical interactive excursion with posadnik Sbyslav allowed to make an unforgettable trip to the medieval Novgorod. This soderetzhalatelnaya exciting excursion plunged us into that era. We were met very hospitably, girls in folk costumes were treated to Novgorod gingerbread and tea. They visited St. Sophia Cathedral, the temple was built from 1045 to 1050 and is the oldest surviving stone structure of Rus. I managed to visit the museum of wooden architecture "Vitoslavlitsy" - an architectural and natural reserve with Russian huts, churches, a smithy, with objects of peasant life and tools.
