Sanatorium "Hilovo" is located in the Pskov region (80 km from Pskov, 18 km from Porkhov station) on the bank of the Uza river (600 km from Moscow), in an ecologically clean area, in the reserve territory.

Accommodation is provided in four buildings.
Buildings of buildings №1 and №2 (5-storey, with elevator) are connected by a warm transition with the building of the club-dining room.
Buildings of buildings №3 and №4 (3-storeyed, without an elevator) are connected by a warm transition with physiotherapy department (building №5).
